As an experienced Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Demineralization (DM) Plant, and Valve systems. Your role will require strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP, DM plants, and valve networks. - Ensure adherence to environmental norms, pollution control board guidelines, and safety regulations. - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. - Lead a team of engineers, operators, and technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training. - Track plant KPIs such as flow, quality, energy consumption, chemical usage, and downtime, and drive process improvements. - Manage chemical stock, spare parts, and consumables; coordinate with procurement for timely availability. - Maintain documentation, statutory records, and prepare MIS reports for management and regulatory submissions. - Recommend process upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and cost-reduction measures. - Act as the key point of contact for vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, DM systems, and valve operations. - Leadership and team-handling experience. - Good knowledge of safety and compliance standards. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and reporting ability.
