Plant HR Manager

Company: Mid sized Listed Company (Defense Sector)

Location: At the factory location on Srisailam Road (Shamshabad), Hyderabad

Reporting : Administrative reporting to Factory Head and functional reporting to HR Head

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources to align with organizational goals, encompassing.

Talent Acquisition (recruitment process, build and manage sourcing pipelines, vendor selection

and management, shortlisting & interviewing offer negotiation and roll out, induction & on boarding),

Talent Development (skill gap analysis, training and monitoring growth & development)

Talent Management (employee engagement & relations, compensation and benefits, ensuring, statutory compliance, manager HRIS, establish performance management systems, develop policies that are people centric / people oriented).

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. An exposure to R&D / Engineering manufacturing

companies is preferred.
