Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager, located in Rajkot. The Plant Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. The manager will also work closely with various departments to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Employee Benefits
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Training and Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives on-site
• Experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
