Job Opportunity – Plant Head (Tower Division)

We are seeking a Plant Head – Tower to lead our Wind Turbine Tower Manufacturing Plant at Indore. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving production, quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end plant operations for wind turbine tower manufacturing.
• Drive production planning, execution, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure highest standards of safety, quality, and cost optimization.
• Oversee machinery, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.
• Manage vendor development, contracts, and cost negotiations.
• Implement LEAN initiatives, QMS, 5S, Kaizen for productivity enhancement.
• Lead and develop plant teams through effective manpower planning and training.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and environmental regulations.

Desired Profile :

• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production from a reputed institute.
• 15–20 years’ experience, including 8–10 years in manufacturing/plant operations.
• Strong expertise in welding, fabrication, painting, SAP, and vendor management.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and achieving production targets.
• High focus on safety, quality, and cost reduction.
