Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title: AM/DM – Quality Assurance (QA)

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance who will ensure product & process quality in tower manufacturing, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality of product & process as per drawings, QAP, and specifications.
• Handle customer/site complaints with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action).
• Drive improvement in Quality Systems, Data Collection & Analysis, and problem solving.
• Prepare and share Quality MIS reports on major quality issues.
• Provide training to teams on quality systems and 5S practices.

Desired Skills / Requirements :

• B.E / Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Engineering.
• NDT Level II (UT, RT, PT, MPT) certified.
• Strong knowledge of welding, WPS, PQR, codes & standards, blasting & painting processes.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments & calibration.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
