Plant Head

This is a Leadership Position. Strong leadership skills to manage and lead a team of professionals, including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. Ability to lead and manage change initiatives, including organizational change and process improvements.

We are not looking for candidates who has more experience into production activities.

Role & responsibilities

The Plant Head will manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing operational improvements. The Plant Head will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and leading a motivated team.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
