Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and improve plant performance.
Manage and supervise the plant staff, including production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Plant Head or similar role with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of plant management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
