1. Lead successful operations to achieve monthly revenue targets across all business lines.
2. Responsible for meeting operational targets, including safety, quality, on-time production, inventory management, fabrication, and successful delivery of KPIs as per the QAP.
3. Ensure adherence to and implementation of best HSE practices.
Oversee customer relationship management and develop lean processes aligned with organizational goals.
4. Conduct regular review meetings with production and business line teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
5. Ensure smooth day to day operations
6. Managing continuous cost reduction and improvement initiatives across various functions.
7. To ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible
8. Monitor operational expenses, reduce costs where possible while optimizing production and reduce wastages
