Min 15 20 years of experience in a similar role. He should be able to create a data sheet, drawings, a BOM, checklists, electrical calculations (heat load, busbar capacity, cable schedule), etc. He should have working knowledge of LV/MV switchgears, relays, CT/PTs, PLCs, etc. He should have a good understanding of tender documentation, OEM price lists, technical catalogs of relevant products, the latest IEC 61439, etc. He should be a good planner for executing a job to meet target timelines. He should have good communication, documentation, and analysis skills to enhance productivity. He should be able to lead the projects, do discussions with consultants/clients for drawings approvals, and take manufacturing clearances.
