Provide support to data storage on all MVS system images Set up SAN/NAS/Disk monitoring agent software Support SAN/NAS/Disk monitoring agent software Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Hands on experience including but not limited to: Knowledge of EMC VNX 5400, 5600, CX-120 storage Box. Knowledge of NetApp, HP, Hitachi Storage hands-on. Experience with SAN Switch/ Storage Enclosure administration Experience on Storage devices and storage spaces, Alert management, Backup/recovery/restore of information on storage devices including DASD, EMC Avamar Storage services SAN software supporting advanced enterprise storage features including SDD (Subsystem Device Driver) Experience of working with customers through direct interaction during support and change management activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective team player as well as ability to drive autonomously.
