Experience in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, lubrication schedules, and bearing maintenance Planning and maintaining critical spare parts inventory. Coordination with purchase for timely availability of spares and consumables. Implementing stock level control and consumption tracking. Proficiency with batching, mixing, production lines, packaging systems, and quality control measures specific to dry mix mortar along with putty manufacturing process Expertise in implementing and managing quality management systems (QMS), ensuring products meet national and international standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, ANSI). Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental/pollution control norms to ensure a safe working environment and legal compliance. Behavioural Competency Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment and delegating tasks effectively. Skill in forecasting demand, managing inventory, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning unit objectives with overall business strategy.
