Job Location:

Role & responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day activities in assigned departments (Production, Design, Quality, Projects, etc.).
Learn and support the design and development of LV/MV electrical panels.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
Support production planning, assembly, testing, and quality inspection activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Understand ISO, safety, and quality standards followed in the plant.
Participate in training programs to gain knowledge of company operations and industry practices.
Work on assigned tasks with responsibility and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher with B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Quick learner with a proactive approach.
Should be ready to join on an immediate basis.
