Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Networking Solutions Location: Kolkata, India Experience: 7 to 10 years Industry: IT / System Integration About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the B2B enterprise networking domain. Strong knowledge of Cisco devices – routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies. Prior experience in dealing with enterprise IT infrastructure and system integrators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You are a dedicated and hands-on IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support Technician with at least 3 years of experience in IT hardware, networking, and surveillance system installations. Your practical knowledge includes structured cabling, computer/printer hardware troubleshooting, and full CCTV installation (DVR/NVR). This role demands a proactive and solution-driven approach in a field-oriented technical support environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and computer peripherals. - Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues such as motherboards, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, SMPS, etc. - Conducting hardware upgrades and routine maintenance of end-user devices. - Performing network cabling (CAT5/CAT6), RJ-45 crimping, and patch panel termination. - Providing basic switch and router installation support. - Setting up and troubleshooting LAN/WAN at the user level. - Installing and configuring analog & IP CCTV systems. - Mounting cameras, laying cables, setting up DVR/NVR, and enabling remote access via mobile/web. - Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance systems. - Installing and servicing printers (LaserJet, Inkjet, Dot Matrix) and supporting scanners and multifunctional devices. - Maintaining an inventory of IT hardware assets and keeping service and maintenance records. - Assisting in procurement by reporting needs or hardware failures. To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT hardware support role. A Diploma/ITI/Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred. Objective To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Center Lab for Switchgear and Wiring Devices (WD), ensuring accurate and compliant testing of low voltage products as per IS/IEC standards. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting cross-functional teams and driving lab excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and type testing of Switchgear and Wiring Devices as per IS/IEC standards. Lead lab operations including manpower management, QMS, technician training, and audit readiness. Operate and maintain testing instruments; oversee calibration and preventive maintenance activities. Record, analyze, and report test results; ensure proper documentation and retention. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during testing. Support root cause analysis for test failures and assist in implementing corrective actions. Coordinate with design and quality teams for test planning and execution. Maintain calibration records and ensure AMC-based preventive maintenance of lab equipment. Train team members on testing procedures and develop SOPs. Prepare and manage Lab MIS reports and improvement projects. Conduct Gauge R&R studies and support NABL-related activities.
