Job Description

Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipments.
Adhering to the various quality measures and function as an instrumental member for implementation of QC methods.
Accountable in leading a large no. of workers & engineers in implementing & monitoring Quality System, i.e QA/QC to processes & Products, Quality Audit, handling performance Gap identification, conducting root Cause Analysis for quality deviations and formulate CAPAs.
Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers.
Administer all financial functions of facility and prepare all required budgets and forecast same as per required budget.
Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel and recommend changes in salary as per requirement.
Administer employee workforce and assist to design dept. for continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
Provide support to all facility activities and prepare profit plans for plant.
Ensure compliance to all budgets and manage communication for all management and supervise performance for same.
Ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget and assist to maintain all buildings and equipments.
Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
Responsible for Fabrication Supervision and execution per orders.
Coordinate with Stores & Purchase Supply Chain
Reporting progress and status to Directors on Production ,planning and control
Handle day to day operation issues in production, production planning, and production documentation.
Responsible for quality process
Should handle production line or department of at least 50+ manpower.
Responsible for day to day machine maintenance problems.
Should process shop floor basics like 5S, Kaizens, 3G.
Visualize KPIs and other procedure for documentation.
Ensuring Plant Safety and observing physical conditions of work practices with understanding of the Industrial Standards and Safety Norms (EHS - Environment, Health & Safety).
Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement.
Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule.
