Plan, organize, and control all production activities for PET Preforms, HDPE Closures, and Blown Film lines. Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, materials, and energy to achieve set production targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and implement corrective measures for deviations. Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for seamless operations. Role & responsibilities Review production schedules based on Captive consumption forecasts and customer orders. Optimize machine loading and changeover to reduce downtime and enhance productivity. Ensure timely availability of raw materials, masterbatches, and packaging materials through coordination with Supply Chain.
