Lead end-to-end plant operations including SMT, FATP, engineering, quality, and maintenance. Drive Lean Manufacturing practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance OEE. Manage costing strategies to reduce per-unit production costs and improve profitability. Oversee process engineering and support New Product Introductions (NPI). Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, ESD, and other industry standards. Build and mentor high-performing teams across production and support functions. Collaborate with supply chain for material planning, vendor management, and inventory control. Implement automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0. Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior leadership. leverage deep knowledge of the electronics market, and contribute to strategic business expansion initiatives
