Visiting the Sites for Erection and Commissioning of Electrical Capacitor Banks, Harmonics Filtration, Controller, HT and LT Panels at the Customer end. You will be at site for 15 days in North India in a month, balance days at Durgapur Kolkata. Required Candidate profile Should be willing to work at various sites in North India for around 15 days a month. Should be having experience of working in erection and commissioning. We are currently hiring an experienced Electrician who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This includes the installation of electrical wiring in buildings .

Role & responsibilities It is the duty of the maintenance department to solve any maintenance related issue in the premises. Work should never get affected in the multiplex. Visit all the departments and check any maintenance related issue. Prepare maintenance register and do the work on priority basis. Change any electrical items like bulbs, lights, switches if not working. Inform management of any major fault. Prepare material requisition form in case of purchase of any item. In case work cannot be done locally inform management to prepare Work order and settle the matter. Maintain good relationship with GEB/ Torrent staff so that any major electrical fault can be solved on urgent basis. Keep stock of material required on daily basis. Keep stock register up to date and show to management on demand. Prepare work book on daily basis and get it signed by the management on daily basis. Check cooling of A.C. in all the OD. Switch on and off of the A.C. as per the show timings. Maintain and do regular servicing of items like A.Cs Take daily reading of electricity consumption. Maintain D.G. set up to date. Check fuel level, battery water etc. on regular basis. Switching on and off of the lights, fountains etc. as per the time table. Coordinate with projection and other department about any maintenance related work. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical (with valid license) Experience: 45 years in mall, hotel, or cinema industry (cinema experience preferred) Skills Required: AC, DG, transformer, and electrical panel operation & maintenance Preventive maintenance Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and fire safety systems. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imagers) to assess electrical component health and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and failures in a timely and efficient manner. Study and understand customer documents like P & ID, cable schedule, hook-up drawing, Cause & effect, operation philosophy etc. Preparing panel specification, instrument & equipment selection and specification / data sheets etc. Electrical equipment selection, protection and circuit design of electrical motors, LT switch gear LT MCC, PCC, PDB etc. including preparing drawings Hardware Design of control panels including preparation of General arrangement drawings (GADs), detailed Bill of material (BOM) based on customer drawing and specification Design of power distribution system and preparation of Power distribution drawings. Software design of panels including preparation of I/O list, logic diagram, graphics, serial interface definition etc. Based on Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider make PLCs Candidate profile 1. Experience of Engineering Instrumentation and Electrical control panels including preparing general arrangement drawings (GADs), Bill of material (BOM), preparing specifications and data sheets, panel wiring diagrams etc. 2. Experience with Hardware and Software engineering and configuration of Siemens or Allen Bradley or Schneider make PLCs including developing configuration diagrams, hardware & software, selection, preparing I/O list, logic diagram, graphics etc. 3. Understanding of customer specifications and requirements, P&ID, cable schedule, hook-up drawing, cause & effect diagram, operation philosophy etc. 4. Design and Engineering of Electrical LT Panels, including preparing electrical equipment specification / selection, electrical protection circuit design of electrical motors, LT switch gear etc. 5. Well acquainted and having hands-on experience of working with Engineering Design software like AutoCAD, E-plan and other similar programs. 6. Should have knowledge of various national & international control panel related electrical standards. 7. Having sound knowledge of Instrument and electrical into Hazardous area
