Profile -Plant Head

Qualification - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Production Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience - Min 12–18 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in recycling, plastic processing, panel/board manufacturing.

Salary - Upto 12 Lac CTC

Location - Sarigam (Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire plant team across production, maintenance, quality, logistics, procurement, and EHS.

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production, cost, and quality targets.

Oversee the processing of MLP, aseptic cartons, and other mixed waste into final products (e.g.,

panels).

Plan and execute production schedules aligned with market and raw material availability.

Drive operational efficiency and profitability of the plant.

Control operating costs and work within allocated budgets.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process automation, and capacity expansion.

Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams and department heads.

Build a performance-driven culture and ensure workforce discipline and motivation.

Handle manpower planning, training, retention, and succession.

Ensure 100% compliance with statutory norms (Pollution Control Board, Factory Act, Labour laws,

etc.).

Maintain ISO, EHS, and product quality standards.

Oversee plant audits and ensure zero non-conformities.

Promote lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other operational excellence practices.

Initiate capex proposals for plant improvement, expansion, or debottlenecking.

Implement tracking systems for KPIs: yield, downtime, scrap, OEE, energy, etc.

Coordinate with senior management, suppliers, and clients as required.

Prepare detailed MIS, cost reports, production and compliance updates for corporate office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
