(must knowledge of billing, store operations, and coordination with other departments) Location - Bhilai , Chhattisgarh Job Description A Logistics Executive oversees and manages the movement, distribution, and storage of materials, equipment, and finished goods within a company. With knowledge of billing, store management, and coordination with various departments, the role becomes central to smooth operational flow. Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle scheduling and route optimization. Track shipments and update delivery status. Prepare and verify bills, delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills. Maintain accurate documentation for inward and outward materials. Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely billing and payment clearance. Reconcile transport invoices with actual deliveries. Coordinate with the store department for stock availability and inventory levels. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods. Assist in physical stock audits and stock reconciliation. Monitor GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain material inward records. Liaise with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch departments for seamless operations. Communicate material requirements and delays. Ensure logistics activities align with production planning and project timelines. Coordinate With .
