Job Purpose:

Solar Modular Mounting Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations including

  production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety

  .
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve

  production targets, efficiency, and cost reduction

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  industry standards, ISO, safety, and environmental regulations

  .
• Drive

  lean manufacturing, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  .
• Monitor and control plant budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses.
• Ensure

  on-time delivery

  of solar mounting solutions to projects and clients.
• Build and lead a high-performing workforce by mentoring, motivating, and developing teams.
• Collaborate with

  Design, Procurement, Projects, and Sales Teams

  to align plant operations with business needs.
• Review and analyze plant performance metrics, and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Lead initiatives for

  new product development, capacity expansion, and technology upgradation

  .
• Establish and maintain a culture of

  discipline, accountability, safety, and quality excellence

  .

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

  (MBA preferred).

• 10–20 years of experience

  in manufacturing, with at least

  5 years in a leadership/plant head role

  .
• Strong background in

  steel fabrication, renewable energy components, or solar mounting structures

  .
• Proven experience in

  large-scale production management, supply chain coordination, and P&L responsibility

  .
• Hands-on exposure to

  ERP/MRP systems

  and production planning software.

• Fixed salary of 50,000 - 70,000/month
