Job Purpose: The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of Solar Modular Mounting Solutions , ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in line with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities for solar mounting structures. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets. Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives . Ensure adherence to quality standards, including ISO, BIS, and relevant solar industry standards . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, or product quality. Coordinate with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Project Teams for smooth production flow. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Train and guide shop floor operators and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and statutory norms . Support new product development and prototyping activities in coordination with R&D. Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 2–6 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in Solar Mounting Structures, Steel Fabrication, or Renewable Energy Sector . Strong knowledge of metal forming, cutting, welding, galvanizing, and assembly processes . Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma (basic level) is desirable. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of solar structure design and standards . Excellent communication, team management, and leadership ability. Hands-on approach with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly/quarterly production targets. Reduction in production costs and wastage. Job Purpose: The Plant Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire manufacturing plant for Solar Modular Mounting Solutions , ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery. The role involves strategic planning, people management, process improvements, and close coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety . Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets, efficiency, and cost reduction . Ensure compliance with industry standards, ISO, safety, and environmental regulations . Drive lean manufacturing, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives . Monitor and control plant budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses. Strong background in steel fabrication, renewable energy components, or solar mounting structures . Proven experience in large-scale production management, supply chain coordination, and P&L responsibility . Hands-on exposure to ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
