Solar Modular Mounting Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities for solar mounting structures.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Implement and monitor

  lean manufacturing practices, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives

  .
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, including

  ISO, BIS, and relevant solar industry standards

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, or product quality.
• Coordinate with

  Design, Quality, Procurement, and Project Teams

  for smooth production flow.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Train and guide shop floor operators and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and statutory norms

  .
• Support new product development and prototyping activities in coordination with R&D.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

  (or equivalent).

• 2–6 years

  of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in

  Solar Mounting Structures, Steel Fabrication, or Renewable Energy Sector

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  metal forming, cutting, welding, galvanizing, and assembly processes

  .
• Familiarity with

  ERP/MRP systems

  and production planning tools.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as

  5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma (basic level)

  is desirable.

  solar structure design and standards
