Overall responsibility for end-to-end plant operations – production, maintenance, EHS, quality, and cost control.
Lead a team across departments to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with operational KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency initiatives.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, especially related to water treatment norms.
Manage client audits, internal reporting, and coordinate with HO and external stakeholders.
Budgeting, inventory, manpower planning, and vendor coordination.
Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and timely project execution.
