• Knowledge of modern

  production planning

  tools used in manufacturing industries - ERP and Project Management, working knowledge of electrical control panels,
• proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001,
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Expertise in Development & implementation of necessary documentation of QMS, Customer audits and other safety audits.
• Expertise in Team building & team leading towards achieving the organization requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to top management with current production status based on output plans.
2. Understanding the Organization goals & schedules and execute them with specific time lines
3. Coordination with production executives, purchase, stores and stores to drive and ensure adherence to released output plans. Preparation of formal status reports, Gantt/PERT charts for periodic review by top management.
4. Availability on call or on shop floor for extended hours, based on activity levels and needs of the time. Value addition to production activity record keeping and QC control measures by studying processes.
5. Conduct of time and motion studies for specific processes to optimize production time and costs. Monitoring of compliance with safety standards, QMS norms (as a support to QC only).
6. Development of sub vendors for outsourcing activities. Track the job execution with sub vendors and reconcile the materials
7. Updation of production related activities into the ERP (consumptions, machine hours, etc.). Accountable for Resource utilisation and ensure proper entries in ERP to prepare production / MIS reports.
8. Ensure the availability of Tooling in advance and maintain the life cycle of the tools being used in production.
9. Making decisions about Equipment use and maintenance.
10. Identification of production bottlenecks andensure the line balancing on continual basis by Capex planning.
11. Implementation of Kaizen for process improvement.
12. Plan all materials and consumables in advance and ensure optimal utilization of all resources in coordination with SCM team.
13. Time to time coordination with concerned departments for smooth work flow .
