Piping Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review
Piping GA drawings, Isometrics, 3D models, Pipe support designs, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
using AutoCAD, Pro-Pipe, Plant3D, and CADWORX.
Conduct
clash checking, drawing verification, and fabrication drawing reviews
in collaboration with draftsmen and project teams.
Independently handle
piping drawings and support designs
for Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and other related projects.
Perform
pipe thickness calculations, pipe sizing, and MOC (Material of Construction) selection
as per project specifications.
Coordinate with
civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and process engineering
teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of piping systems.
Guide and mentor a team of piping designers to ensure quality deliverables and team development.
Proficient in software tools including
AutoCAD, Pro-Pipe, Autodesk Plant 3D, CADWORX, MS Office
, and email communication platforms.
STADD
experience will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of
piping systems
in the
Water and EPC sectors
.
Ability to manage project deliverables independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent technical visualization and cross-functional coordination skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities for team mentoring and client interactions.
