Job Description: Supply Chain Executive Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Location: Delhi Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Job Summary: The Supply Chain Executive supports daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor communication. This role ensures smooth and efficient supply chain processes to meet customer demands and business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. • Optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. • Assist in the procurement process including purchase orders and invoice processing. • Monitor shipment schedules and track logistics performance. • Support warehouse operations including goods receipt and dispatch documentation. • Prepare supply chain reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal use. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. • Coordinate with different departments like Finance, Production etc for smooth operation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role. • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory and software will be an added advantage. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Intern, located in New Delhi. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating content for various social media platforms, executing social media marketing strategies, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and engaging with the online community.
Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring smooth functioning across production, maintenance, quality control, and dispatch. Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery timelines and cost targets. Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency in the lighter manufacturing process. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliance (Labor Laws, EHS, ISO standards). Monitor inventory, raw material consumption, and coordinate with supply chain/procurement for material availability. Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization. Lead, train, and motivate a workforce including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machines. Coordinate with management for strategic decisions and business planning. Prepare and present MIS reports on production, quality, and cost performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred). 8–10 years of manufacturing experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in lighter or consumer durable manufacturing.
