Role Description

As a Plant Head, you will ensure safety, on-spec, on-time, and cost-effective production and dispatch of RMC, meeting sales orders and quality requirements while complying with ERP. Your role is critical to carry out all activities within the plant pertaining to production, dispatch, quality, operations, maintenance, client servicing and employee welfare. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC plant operations, production, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of RMC manufacturing processes and batching plant operations.
• Skilled in production planning and dispatch coordination to meet daily targets.
• Experienced in inventory control and raw material management for plant efficiency.
• Proficient in manpower handling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Capable of ensuring quality compliance, safety, and ISO/RMCMA standards.
• Good understanding of equipment maintenance and cost control practices.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret MIS reports and track performance.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments.
• Focused on achieving plant profitability through operational excellence.

Compensation

Upto 40k Depending upon interview performance.
