Role Description As a Plant Head, you will ensure safety, on-spec, on-time, and cost-effective production and dispatch of RMC, meeting sales orders and quality requirements while complying with ERP. Your role is critical to carry out all activities within the plant pertaining to production, dispatch, quality, operations, maintenance, client servicing and employee welfare. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC plant operations, production, or maintenance. Strong knowledge of RMC manufacturing processes and batching plant operations. Skilled in production planning and dispatch coordination to meet daily targets. Experienced in inventory control and raw material management for plant efficiency. Proficient in manpower handling, training, and performance monitoring. Capable of ensuring quality compliance, safety, and ISO/RMCMA standards. Good understanding of equipment maintenance and cost control practices. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret MIS reports and track performance. Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments. Focused on achieving plant profitability through operational excellence. You will coordinate with vendors, verify documentation, manage purchase orders, and ensure cost control aligned with company policies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or material coordination, preferably in construction or RMC industry. Strong understanding of procurement and inventory processes in manufacturing or RMC setup. Proficient in ERP systems for PO creation, GRN, and vendor management. Skilled in vendor coordination, communication, and negotiation. Ability to perform rate comparison and cost analysis for purchase decisions. Hands-on experience in documentation, invoicing, and audit compliance. Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and procurement-related statutory norms. Proficient in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis. Excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities under tight timelines. The role involves lead generation, pricing, order finalization, and client relationship management to drive sales growth. You will ensure timely service, strong collections, and market expansion through effective coordination and customer engagement. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferably Civil or Marketing background). Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC or construction materials industry. Strong knowledge of sales, pricing, and order finalization process. Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM software. Proven ability in lead generation, follow-up, and closure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with project sites, contractors, and developers. Analytical mindset for monitoring leads, conversions, and collections. Capable of coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts teams. Target-driven, self-motivated, and compliant with company policies.
