About The Opportunity

This is an on-site opportunity based in India, where passion for nurturing young talent meets strategic leadership.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campus placement strategies across targeted academic institutions.
  • Manage the full placement lifecycle including candidate sourcing, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with educational leaders to design and implement training and career development programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of placement coordinators to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Monitor placement metrics and leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies continuously.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in campus recruitment, placements, or HR with demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Must-Have: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Must-Have: Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record in achieving performance metrics.
  • Preferred: Experience with digital recruiting platforms and managing campus relationships.
  • Preferred: An MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Preferred: Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in talent acquisition and placements.
