Purpose/Objective


    Personal Assistant will manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. This role involves coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting project management tasks, while acting as the main point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Schedule Management: Oversee and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Project Support: Assist with project management and follow up on action items from meetings. Correspondence Management: Organize and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence. Administrative Tasks: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Head Design Data Center Internal teams Cross Functional Teams Key Stakeholders - External: Customers OEMs, materials & service partners

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in administrative or executive support role to leadership
