Profile Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The core mission of this role is to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across key platforms—Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads—to drive qualified lead generation and maximize ROI for our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record in executing paid campaigns tailored for diverse international markets (APAC, America, India, and Africa). This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of targets, rigorous A/B testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Should keep clear watch on leads to ensure quality


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all performance marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, App), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Rigorously monitor and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, targeting parameters, and creative assets to continuously improve key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates).
  • Work closely with the Design, Content, and Product teams to develop high-performing creatives, compelling ad copy, and optimized landing pages.
  • Tailor messaging and campaigns to effectively resonate with specific target audiences in diverse regions, including APAC, America, India, and Africa.
  • Stay current with all ad platform updates, policy changes, industry trends, and new ad formats to ensure compliance and leverage new growth opportunities.


Key Competencies

  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise in setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager with a proven track record of achieving ROI-driven lead generation.
  • Expert command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to conduct deep performance analysis and derive actionable insights.
  • Preferred to have xperience in hospitality, travel, or B2B SaaS marketing; deep understanding of SaaS KPIs (CPA, LTV, lead quality) and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Experience managing and tailoring campaigns for diverse international markets (APAC, America, Africa, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex performance data and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant, dedicated performance marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Required certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Labs.
  • Proven ability to manage and effectively scale multi-channel digital advertising budgets.
  • Deep operational understanding and focus on key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rates.


Tools, KPIs, and Environment:


  • Google Ads Manager: Campaign setup, bidding, keyword strategy, conversion tracking.
  • Meta Business Suite: Pixel management, audience targeting, campaign optimization.
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager: B2B targeting, Lead Gen forms, Sponsored Content.
  • GA4 & Google Tag Manager: Funnel tracking, data insights, performance measurement.
  • Google Data Studio / Looker Studio: Reporting dashboards and performance visualization.
