Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a passion for driving measurable results through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve performance.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting and ad creative evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and email marketing automation is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is an advantage.

  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Lead Quality & Retention Metrics
  • Campaign ROI

Salary Range:

₹18000 - 25000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
