We are a fast-growing company focused on driving measurable business growth through digital marketing and data-driven strategy. Our campaigns span across B2B and B2C verticals, with a special focus on leveraging LinkedIn as the primary performance channel, complemented by Google and Meta Ads to maximize conversion and ROI.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead paid campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple digital platforms with a core focus on LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will bring analytical depth, creative testing ability, and hands-on experience managing B2B funnels and lead-generation campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and retargeting.
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to support omnichannel objectives.
  • Develop audience segmentation, custom targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and make data-backed optimizations.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure strong ROI and CAC control.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats across platforms.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with proven results in LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite).
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Agency experience or exposure to B2B lead-generation funnels is a plus.
