Job Description

Thinktech is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital advertising and paid media management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Key Responsibilities: -Paid Media Management -Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), -Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant platforms. -Create, test, and optimize ad copy, creative formats, and audience targeting. -Manage campaign budgets and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). -Ad Copywriting & Creative Coordination -Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy across channels. -Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives. -Email Marketing -Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. -Segment audiences, automate email flows, and optimize for CTR and conversions. -Data Analysis & Reporting -Set up conversion tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc. -Automate performance dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar). -Deliver actionable insights and monthly/weekly performance reports. -Funnel Optimization -Collaborate on landing page creation and A/B testing. -Implement CRO strategies to increase conversions from paid campaigns. -Other (Bonus Skills) -Knowledge of SEO basics. -Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads. -Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Requirements: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising. Proven track record in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong skills in ad copywriting and creative direction. Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking. Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation. Excellent analytical and Excel/Sheets skills. Strong communication, reporting, and time management abilities.
