Position Overview:

SurveySparrow is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a desire to drive measurable results. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-1 years of experience in performance marketing to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance: Regularly monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and identify opportunities for optimization. Use data-driven insights to adjust bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative assets to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  3. Keyword research and ad copy optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends. Create compelling ad copy and test different variations to improve ad relevance, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  4. Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting landing pages that align with campaign objectives. Continuously test and optimize landing page elements such as headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates.
  5. Budget management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve target KPIs. Monitor spending against budget and adjust as needed to maximize ROI and maintain cost-efficiency.
  6. Competitive analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in performance marketing. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our marketing strategies.
  7. Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
