Performance Marketing Specialist

Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Role Overview

We’re looking for a performance marketer who lives and breathes numbers — someone who can turn clicks into conversions and data into growth. From scaling paid Meta and Google Ads to optimizing YouTube campaigns, you’ll drive results that speak in ROAS, not reach.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute high-performing Meta & Google paid campaigns.
Optimize YouTube campaigns for views, engagement, and conversions.
Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other key metrics for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for cohesive ad messaging.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) for ad copy, audience insights, and performance analysis.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Required Skills

Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads with solid ROAS.
Hands-on knowledge of YouTube optimization.
Strong understanding of Pixel tracking, GTM, and conversion APIs.
Analytical mindset with skills in A/B testing and remarketing.
Comfort with AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven decisions.
