Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure ROI and KPI targets are met.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets.
• Manage and optimize conversion funnels to increase lead generation and sales.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
