We are seeking a dynamic Production Business Development Executive responsible for identifying and generating production leads across various platforms and converting them into tangible opportunities. This role requires a go-getter mindset, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the production and content ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients for TVCs, digital ads, branded content, and corporate videos. Build and maintain strong client relationships across agencies, brands, startups, and production partners Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to craft compelling pitch presentations Drive business growth through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals Track, manage, and report leads via CRM tools or reporting dashboards Stay up to date with trends in advertising, content marketing, and production technology Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in advertising, video production, or creative agency BD (preferred) Familiarity with pitch building, budgeting, and proposal creation Confident, outgoing, and target-driven Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
