We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist


The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in campaign execution, client servicing, and strategy optimisation. This role requires a strong communicator, capable of understanding and addressing client needs, managing expectations, and optimising campaigns for the best possible outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, social media, display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.).
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CPC, CPL, and COA while maintaining 80%+ qualified leads.
  • Manage and track performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI, to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Client Servicing & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or objections promptly.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Guide internal teams in delivering high-quality results aligned with client goals, ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Lead Generation Focus:

  • Design, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns that are highly effective in attracting and converting potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer segments.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist in the development of their digital marketing skills.

A/B Testing & Experimentation:

  • Lead A/B testing and other experimentation initiatives to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page optimization.
  • Implement data-driven decisions and continuous improvements through testing and experimentation.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to identify new growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and leverage insights to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

B2B Strategy Understanding:

  • Apply a deep understanding of B2B business and strategy to create high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Focus on lead generation, nurturing, and optimizing conversion pathways for B2B clients.


Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Prior experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other key digital marketing platforms.
  • Indian Government Campaign Experience

    is a plus.
  • Solid experience with lead generation-focused campaigns, particularly in B2B sectors.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in key performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written— to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer journey optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Ability to handle client objections, manage expectations, and provide valuable recommendations for campaign improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing tools (Fundamental AdWords certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.

  • Adept at scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Search & Display Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
