Job Description

Purpose: Drive high-impact visual storytelling by blending strong design fundamentals with modern tools, AI integration, and digital-first thinking to solve brand challenges across platforms. Key Responsibilities & Goals: Turn briefs into engaging visual concepts aligned with brand goals and user needs Collaborate with teams to create assets for digital campaigns, social media, web, and apps Use AI tools to speed up ideas and productivity Design platform-specific visuals—social posts, ads, UI elements, and short videos Quickly prototype and refine ideas for faster feedback and improvements Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, motion graphics, and UX Contribute to brainstorming, innovation sessions, and brand initiatives What You Bring: 3+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced design role Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator; plus points for Figma, After Effects, and AI tools Solid grasp of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color, and UI/UX basics Ability to create simple motion assets—GIFs, reels, transitions Curious, collaborative, and eager to keep growing in the craft To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio to jobs@olioglobaladtech.com , cc amol@olioglobaladtech.com .
