Job Description

Client Growth Associate


Key Responsibilities:


Client Coordination & Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Olio, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage client expectations and organize regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.


Execution of Marketing Campaigns:

  • Oversee the execution of brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives.
  • Coordinate brand designs, website/landing pages, SEO, and content marketing efforts.


Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Collaborate with the client to define and refine brand positioning.
  • Assist in creating brand collateral that aligns with the brand’s identity.


Revenue Growth & New Admissions:

  • Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure desired outcomes.


Performance Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the client, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of Reels, Podcasts, and other content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and manage space branding and offline marketing strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:

    BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or in client servicing, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.


  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex client requirements and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
