About The Role
We are looking for a
results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist
with a proven track record of running high-performing ad campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving
qualified leads and sales
for two primary business segments:
- Professional CA Services including GST filing, ITR, company registration, trademarking, and patenting.
- E-commerce including category awareness, performance-driven campaigns, and brand positioning in compliance with advertising policies.
The candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI while managing creative and audience strategies suited to each domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, and sales.
- Create and manage segmented audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking strategies for both service-based and product-based campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to design ad creatives, landing pages, and copy that convert effectively.
- Maintain strict compliance with advertising policies, especially for sensitive categories like sexual wellness.
- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to refine targeting and creative direction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
- Stay updated with latest trends, ad formats, and platform algorithms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with proven success in lead generation and e-commerce growth.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conversion Tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel Setup, Events)
- Landing Page Optimization & Funnel Strategy
- Experience in running multi-domain campaigns (services & e-commerce).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable decisions.
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPL, and funnel metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance policies and creative restrictions for sensitive categories (like health, wellness, and intimacy products).
- Hands-on with ad reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, remarketing, and email automation is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with agencies or startups managing both B2B and D2C marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, organic social media, and content strategies.
- Basic understanding of Shopify / WooCommerce / landing page builders like Unbounce, Webflow, or Instapage.
