We run multiple SaaS products used globally across mobile, marketing, and productivity segments. We are now expanding our growth team and looking for a strong performance marketer to own acquisition, paid media, strategy, and ROI-driven campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

This role is perfect for someone who understands performance marketing beyond just running ads — someone who knows landing pages, funnels, creative strategy, numbers, attribution, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and additional digital channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly to maximize ROI, improve user acquisition, and achieve key business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign elements to continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives and messaging align with marketing strategies.
• Should have an understanding of ads budgeting and have experience running ads.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other performance indicators.
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems to ensure reliable data collection and actionable insights for campaign optimization.
