Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly versatile Social Media Expert to lead the visual execution for a diverse client portfolio, including fast-paced eCommerce Brands and sophisticated Service-Based Agencies.

Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Curation

• Design and produce engaging visual content (static images, short videos, GIFs, carousels) optimized for each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
• Develop compelling and on-brand copy for all social media posts.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent, timely, and strategically planned publishing schedule.
• Stay up-to-date with current content trends, design tools, and best practices across various platforms.

2. Social Media Management & Strategy

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple social media platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor social channels for community engagement, brand mentions, and relevant trends.

3. Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Provide regular performance growth reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
