About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in executing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels. This role will play a critical part in driving customer acquisition, reducing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), improving ROI, and scaling our digital growth efforts through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Develop strategies to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Implement tracking mechanisms, manage pixels, and ensure end-to-end attribution.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 34 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in managing budgets effectively to achieve performance targets.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
