Industry Focus: Fashion, Apparel, D2C Brands (preferably ethnic wear, kurtis, women’s fashion)

Through our marketing arm, Logical Media, we help leading fashion brands, D2C businesses, and enterprises scale through data-driven performance campaigns, branding, and storytelling.


We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and lead ad campaigns for fashion and lifestyle brands.



Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads for fashion/D2C brands.

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ad optimization.

• Create, test, and refine ad creatives (with design & content team support) to improve CTR and ROAS.

• Develop and maintain remarketing, lookalike, and custom audience strategies for client brands.

• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS).

• Stay updated with industry benchmarks in fashion/e-commerce advertising and implement best practices.

• Work closely with client managers to align campaign strategies with business goals.

• Deliver consistent and scalable results across multiple brand accounts.



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads).

• Proven track record of achieving high ROAS for fashion brands (women’s wear, kurtis, ethnic wear, or similar categories).

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Retargeting campaigns

• Dynamic ads for e-commerce

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pixel, Meta Business Manager, and campaign tracking tools.

• Strong communication skills for client reporting & collaboration.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling fashion/D2C e-commerce brands (ethnic wear, lifestyle, or apparel industry).

• Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign funnel strategies, and conversion optimization.

• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
