Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist in fashion D2C eCommerce, your role involves scaling online sales, optimizing digital campaigns, and improving customer acquisition costs while maintaining brand identity. Experience in baby products would be a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube. - Develop full-funnel ad strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns. - Utilize influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing to drive performance. - Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns for maximum efficiency. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. - Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness. - Manage ad budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. - Scale successful campaigns while maintaining a healthy balance between brand awareness and direct response marketing. - Develop and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage cart abandoners and previous customers. - Collaborate with CRM and email marketing teams to integrate paid strategies with lifecycle marketing. - Stay updated on fashion eCommerce trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior shifts. - Research competitors" ad strategies and identify gaps for innovation. - Work with designers to create high-performing ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics. - Coordinate with merchandising and product teams to promote bestsellers and new collections. - Align with social media and content teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel strategy.
