Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at our Ahmedabad location. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive sales and improve customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and clear communication.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
Experience in Sales and Performance Marketing
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the team
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
