About the Role

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies and creatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient utilization across campaigns.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
  • Run A/B tests to refine targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience working with B2B and/or B2C brands.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
