Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

. The ideal candidate should be analytical, strategic, and passionate about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
  • Monitor and report campaign performance regularly using tools like CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.
  • Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to ensure alignment between ads and landing page experience.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and pacing throughout the month.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with positive ROI.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and funnel performance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and data interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
