Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist
with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
. The ideal candidate should be analytical, strategic, and passionate about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
- Monitor and report campaign performance regularly using tools like CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analyze key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.
- Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to ensure alignment between ads and landing page experience.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and pacing throughout the month.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with positive ROI.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and funnel performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
